Over 80 Years Protecting Your Families Home From Termites
Our 2 Step Process is the most effective!

Step 1: Phantom-Direct Application

Call on an experienced Phantom-certified Pest Professional.
Only a licensed pest professional can person a thorough termite inspection, the first step toward termite control. A Phantom-certified Professional is your best choice. Your entire home, inside and out, must be inspected for signs of termites, and where and how they are entering your home. Your phantom-certified Professional will recommend a treatment plan to get rid of any existing termites and keep them from returning.

A remarkably effective solution.
Phantom termiticide-insecticide employs the world’s latest termite control technology and has undergone some of the most extensive testing ever for a pest control product. It has consistently proven to provide superior termite control under almost any condition. And, it’s proving highly impressive at keeping termites from coming back.

Since Phantom went on the market in the United States in 2001, Phantom-certified Professionals have used it to treat-infested homes with tremendous success.

Phantom doesn’t repel, it kills—in several ways.
Unlike older repellent products, which inconsistently keeps termites away from treated areas, Phantom is a nonrepellent or “undetectable” and consistently kills termites. And it’s able to kill them through both ingestion and contact.

Although Phantom controls termites quickly, it kills individual termites relatively slowly, allowing Phantom to spread throughout the colony.

Is it environmentally responsible? Does it smell?
Phantom is the only undetectable liquid termite control approved for use in every termite state, including New York where environmental requirements are particularly stringent.

Ants & Cockroaches & Other Pests
Unbeatable undetectable general pest control.
Okay, you’ve taken the first smart step toward ridding your house of Termites by contacting a pest professional to conduct a thorough home inspection. Now, it’s time to take action.

Phantom termiticide-insecticide utilizes the world’s latest “undetectable” technology to control pests efficiently, effectively, and the minimal disruption to your home.

Undetectable Technology. Undeniable Results.
Phantom is undetectable to pests. Undetectable formulations like the one used for phantom have proven to be one of the most effective advances in the history of professional pest control. In fact, many pest professionals have found that Phantom controls especially difficult ant species when most other ant controls products can’t. Phantom is even approved for use in food handling areas.

Because pests can’t detect Phantom, they can’t avoid it. Instead, they repeatedly cross through and contact treated areas. This can’t detect Phantom, they can’t avoid it. Instead, they repeatedly cross through and contact treated areas. This can’t happen with repellent products, which can actually trap pests inside your home!

Delayed-action Mortality
Once ingested, Phantom attacks pests from inside their own bodies by preventing their cells from generating energy. This leads to paralysis, and, ultimately, death. However, this process is not instantaneous, which means Phantom will not cause an accumulation of dead ants or roaches in a particular spot. (A pile of dead insects can alarm nestmates.)

Instead, pests continue to behave normally and go about their regular routines for a short time before dying. There is nothing about their behavior or death to tip off others to the presence of Phantom.

Long-lasting Effectiveness. Long-lasting Results.
Phantom is a residual product. That simply means that it breaks down slowly and remains effective for an extended time. This helps facilitate longer-term control.

Step 2- Termite Elimination Baiting System

Every day, America’s homes are targeted by a dangerous predator that causes thousands of dollars worth of damage--subterranean termites. And often, there’s no evidence of their presence until it’s too late. These termites live in underground colonies and work 24 hours a day to destroy your home from the inside out.

What do termites look like?
Termites are often mistaken for flying ants, but there are noticeable differences:

  • Termite wings tend to be equal in size while ant wings are usually longer in front and shorter in back.
  • Ants’ antennae are elbowed while termites’ are straight.
  • Ants have a narrow, pinched waist, while termites’ waists are thicker and less defined.

How can termites enter my home?

  • The Advance Termite Bait System can intercept colonies before they reach your home.

How much damage can termites do to your home?
Termites cause nearly $2-billion in damage annually according to research. Unfortunately, without annual inspections, termites can go unnoticed for years while continuing to damage your home. In addition:
Most homeowner policies do not cover termite damage.

  • Termites cause damage in hidden areas, behind walls, in crawl spaces and basements.
  • Many pest management professionals offer annual inspection services and treatment guarantees.
  • The best solution to potentially avoid termite damage is a professional, thorough annual inspection and a termite bait system to detect termite populations and eliminate them around your home.

How does the bait system work?
First, a pest management professional will inspect your home for termites and if they are found or if your risk is high, the Advance Termite Bait System will be installed in soil around the perimeter of your home.

  • The stations will be checked regularly for termite activity.
  • When termites are found in a station,) the Termite Inspection Cartridge (TIC), containing no active ingredient, is replaced with a Termite Bait Cartridge so termites can start feeding on the bait.
  • As termites feed and then travel back to the colony, they share termite bait with other nestmates and send other termites back to feed on the bait. As feeding on the bait continues and more and more termites are affected, the termite colony starts to die and is eliminated.
  • After a colony is eliminated, the bait is replaced with new monitoring cartridges. Your pest management professional will continue to inspect these regularly to discover and treat new colonies that might invade your property. (Fig. 4)

Why choose the Advance Termite Bait System over the other baits?

  • System designed as a second-generation station based on input from universities and pest management professionals.
  • Offers a major advance in termite baiting technology via a dual stage process that features an ultra low disturbance design to pattern termite’s natural feeding behavior, leading to enhanced colony elimination.
  • The largest containerized bait load allows for maximum bait to be fed to the colony in a shorter time to eliminate your termite colony faster, giving you peace of mind.
